Rental Properties
We provide properties for independent living, whether within a retirement complex or a general needs complex.
BJHA owns and manages two separate complexes, Silverstone Court and Park Road, each designed to meet the diverse housing needs of different individuals.
Each of our flats is thoughtfully prepared for new residents, offering a comfortable and practical living space from day one. The lounge, hall and bedroom are fitted with soft carpeting to create a warm and homely feel, while the kitchen and bathroom feature durable, non-slip flooring for added safety and ease of maintenance.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with essential appliances, including an integrated microwave, a freestanding fridge and freezer, as well as an oven and hob - providing everything you need to settle in and feel at home straight away.
The flats are unfurnished.
